When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, country, care interest, and message you provide to respond and coordinate the next steps with you. We record the time of your agreement and the version of this notice.

Enquiries are stored in our application database. Name, email, phone, and message fields are encrypted at rest. Our email and hosting providers process data needed to operate this service. Enquiry notifications contain a reference rather than your message or medical details.

Please do not submit medical reports, identity documents, or payment information through this form. Sharing medical records with a hospital requires a separate arrangement and your permission.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the enquiry form and select email as your preferred contact method. Retention and service-provider details must be finalised before public launch.
